Bricks Issue 6 Has Landed

The wibbly wobby timey wimey new issue of Bricks has landed. Issue 6 is jam-packed with reviews, epic MOCs, product ideas and a look at some of 2015s best sets. Issue 6 is on it’s way to subscribers now and is available to purchase via the link below. Here’s the press release:

This issue is truely a global celebration of those who have mastered the brick. We start the issue by travelling to the Fan Weekend in Skærbæk; an annual gathering that attracted over 25 nationalities and spawned some amazing builds. We take a tour around the event and showcase several of the builds, including the unbelievable Enchanted Forest from Portuguese LUG Comunidade 0937, a collaborative Mad Max-esque post-apocalyptic layout from Swedish LUG Swebrick and a stunning paper mill by Anders Nilsson.

Next stop is the Great Western Brick Show, which once again produced some great new builds including Tim Goddard’s Birnam project which we have been following the development of here in Bricks.

Continuing to celebrate the masters among us (obviously we don’t have room for them all!) we meet LEGO Speed Champions designer Craig Callum, McLaren competition winner Peteris Sprogis and Warren Elsmore, creator of the Brick shows. Lucy Boughton takes us through future master builders’ first steps with Juniors while James Pegrum teaches you a masterful technique.6bricks2

We also have Kev P discussing DK’s selection of the greatest LEGO sets of all time and our team have picked their best sets from 2015. Tim J goes all super-geek on the new Doctor Who set and Jeremy Williams takes us back to the dark world of Blacktron. All this plus much more, so please enjoy our Masters issue.
