Children direct a LEGO advert about the ‘right to play’

In celebration of World Children’s Day 2017, a group of children visited Billund to produce a special LEGO advert.

The LEGO Group and UNICEF teamed up to promote the right of children to play, by inviting four children to the LEGO headquarters in Billund, Denmark. There, the young directors came up with the concept for an advert about the importance of play.

After plenty of brainstorming, the children come up with the Fantasy Force concept, which is story boarded before being turned into a stop motion animated advert. The finished video successfully conveys the values that UNICEF promotes, particularly on World Children’s Day.
