Early screening of The LEGO Batman Movie for charity

Dan Lin, producer of The LEGO Batman Movie and The LEGO Movie, is hosting a charity screening of The LEGO Batman Movie ahead of its release to support his son’s charity. I Dream of Fish was set up by Miles Lin, at the age of just nine years old – Miles is now twelve. The charity works to improve sustainable fishing in Uganda, India and Haiti.

The Hollywood Reporter reveal that ticket prices to the charity screening, taking place on February 5, will range from $50 to $100.

Miles spoke to the website about his charity in 2015:

“I learned that many people aren’t as lucky as me, and that we have to do our part to make sure that no child goes to bed hungry. I also learned that I should always be thankful for the things I have and to never waste a good meal,” he said at the time.
