John Ratzenberger reprises Major Derlin in LEGO Star Wars Freemakers

John Ratzenberger will reprise his role as Major Derlin in LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures Season Two.

Executive Producer Bob Roth has been teasing fans of LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures on Twitter, promising the return of a star who has not played their role since the original trilogy.

Hooray! Derlin is my favorite minor Rebel officer. And as far as I knew, Ratzenberger hadn’t come back since ESB.

John Ratzenberger played the Rebel in The Empire Strikes Back, only having a little screen time. The Cheers star is best known in recent years for having a voice in every single Pixar film, from Hamm in Toy Story to Gordon in Brave. He will guest star in an upcoming episode of LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures Season Two, which returns to Disney XD in the USA on July 31.
