LEGO Seasonal Christmas Train official images

Well, instead of using scanned images or photos of the American store calendar to show you the upcoming LEGO Seasonal Christmas Train, we now have the official LEGO stock images thanks to our German LEGO friends Promobricks. This will be one of the two seasonal sets given out when you spend a certain amount in stores – the other being the Gingerbread House.

At present we don’t know the exact UK offer but one will be out during November and the other will be the Black Friday Weekend. I think it’s safe to assume it will be at least a £50 purchase to get these sets as was the case with past offers.

Here are the rest of the stock images. It’s ok but not on my must-have list like previous years.

I find this one a bit disappointing as an exclusive. I personally much prefer minifigure scale sets which I can then add to my general winter scene. I could probably turn this into a feature – perhaps a mini train at the fairground, but even so the ones from the past are superior.

I’m a bit ‘meh’ about these ones. They’d be nice enough to get but having bought a fair bit of Lego this year, I’m now struggling to think of a set I’d like to qualify. Might be a pass for this and the house.
