The Jakarta Toys and Comics Fair 2016 LEGO Displays

Happy mothers days to all the mums out there! hope you are all being spoiled. This weekend in the UK there is a LEGO show/display at the National Space Centre hosted by Brickish. Now I will be very blunt and honest, if you’ve been to one UK show you’ve been to them all. By that I mean it’s the same faces with the same models, now the models are ace but once you’ve seen it you’ve seen it. This is why I very rarely go to an event as there is no appeal there for me.

Yet events from over parts of the world continue to shock and amaze. The quality of the displays are something special and it’s very rare to see repeated MOCS show after show, I think it’s down to having a bigger talent pool and bigger LUGs. Take for example The Jakarta Toys and Comics Fair that’s taking place this weekend. The LEGO displays are outstanding and thanks to Brick Finder, Comicave Studios, Bricksindonesia and James Tan we are able to share.

What do you think?  have you been to any shows in other countries and how do they compare to the UK ones?
