The LEGO Movie: A 4D Adventure screening in Las Vegas

The LEGO Movie: A 4D Adventure has arrived in Las Vegas, screening in a new state of the art 3D cinema.

The Excalibur Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas has become the first venue outside of a LEGOLAND attraction to screen The LEGO Movie 4D: A New Adventure. Attractions Magazine reports that the Ultimate 4D Experience attraction, now open at the hotel, will also screen San Andreas 4D Experience and Journey 2: The Mysterious Island 4D Experience.

The website shared details about the new screening room:

The 72-seat theater was developed to showcase popular brands from the world’s top film studios to suit all ages. Each 4-D Experience is 15 minutes in length, and presented in 3-D HD projection. The immersiveness of the attraction is increased with in-theater and in-seat effects bring the cinematic shows to life.

“At Excalibur, we strive to keep our amenities fresh and fun for our guests,” said Sheri Cherubino, CFO of Excalibur Hotel & Casino. “We are excited to expand our Fun Dungeon experience to include the Ultimate 4-D Experience. It’s a great fit and will appeal to both families and adults.”

The LEGO Movie 4D: A New Adventure is arguably the closest spin-off in quality and tone to The LEGO Movie itself, despite its short length. Aside from this new collaboration with the Excalibur Hotel & Casino, it can only be seen at LEGOLAND theme parks or LEGOLAND Discovery Centres.
