The LEGO NINJAGO Movie released on Blu-ray and DVD today

The LEGO NINJAGO Movie is released today on 4k Ultra HD, Blu-ray 3D, Blu-ray and DVD in the UK.

Months after the US home release of The LEGO NINJAGO Movie, UK fans can now get the third theatrically released LEGO movie on 4k Ultra HD, Blu-ray 3D, Blu-ray and DVD. The film marks the first time that an original LEGO theme has been adapted for the big screen, after the brand as a whole kicked things off in The LEGO Movie before DC’s brooding hero followed it up in The LEGO Batman Movie.

As fans may remember from the cinema release, the film focuses on the relationship between Lloyd and Lord Garmadon:

In the battle for NINJAGO® City, Lloyd (Dave Franco), high school student by day and Green Ninja by night, gets thrown into the ultimate adventure with his secret ninja warrior friends! Led by the wise and wisecracking Master Wu (Jackie Chan), they must defeat evil warlord Garmadon (Justin Theroux), The Worst Guy Ever, who also happens to be Lloyd’s dad. On their courageous journey, they learn to band together to unleash their inner power in an epic showdown to save the city.

The Blu-ray release has plenty of special features for fans to enjoy, with some going behind the scenes of the animated story and others providing all-new animated content.
