LEGO Movie World expansion welcomes visitors soon

LEGOLAND California is opening the gates to its LEGO Movie World expansion from May 27.

The new development of LEGO Movie World is inspired by both The LEGO Movie and The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part. It’s even more immersive than before, with six new attractions, including Emmet’s Flying Adventure, where you can experience Emmet’s iconic flying sofa in action.

Elsewhere in the area, you can find other attractions, such as Unikitty’s Disco Drop, Benny’s Play Ship, Queen Watevra’s Carousel, Build Watevra You Wa’Na Build, and Emmet’s Super Suite. On top of that, try out themed food and drink options at Everything is Ramen and Cloud Cuckoo Crepes, or browse the Awesome Shop for souvenirs of your trip.

“We can’t wait to see the faces on all the children as they interact within the creative world of Bricksburg and experience the incredible Masters of Flight ride which is taking the traditional soaring-type of ride to new heights,” said Peter Ronchetti, Legoland California Resort General Manager.

Access to LEGO Movie World is included within the price of a standard ticket or any annual passes. Advance tickets or reservations are required, so make sure to plan your visit ahead of time. LEGOLAND California is also operating with new safety guidelines to protect guests and staff in light of the pandemic.
