LEGO-themed bar comes to Houston for one weekend only

A pop-up LEGO-themed bar, called the Brick Bar, is coming to Houston for one weekend only in September.

The bar is designed to welcome underage visitors before 6pm, then switching to 21 and over for the evening. The bar is made up of over one million bricks, forming sculptures and furniture all over the space.

Of course, there will also be plenty of surplus bricks for guests to build their own creations with. The centrepiece of the bar is the working ping-pong table, made up from 22,500 bricks.

There will also be competitions running and prizes to be won for talented builders visiting the Brick Bar. Finally, to complete the bar atmosphere, a local DJ will be on hand to provide music throughout the day and night.
