LEGO Winter Village Collection 10293 Santa’s Visit officially revealed
LEGO.com Taiwan has revealed this year’s addition to the Winter Village Collection, which portrays a classic Christmas moment in 10293 Santa’s Visit.
Arriving on shelves presumably next month, the 1,445-piece set includes a snow-covered house – built across an inverted corner – that’s decked out with festive touches, from the fireplace with stockings to the cookies and milk left out for Santa.
It’s also one of the Winter Village Collection’s more functional sets, including a chimney big enough to drop Santa through, an articulated roof panel that swings out for better access to the upstairs bedroom, and the subtheme’s first light-up Christmas tree.
The set also comes with four minifigures, including Santa Claus with dual-moulded legs – just like the one in 40499 Santa’s Sleigh, which could land on shelves alongside 10293 Santa’s Visit in October, if that’s when the next Winter Village Collection set does indeed launch.
At this stage, there’s no confirmation on when 10293 Santa’s Visit will be available, nor how much it will retail for. But given the timing of this accidental reveal, it’s safe to expect a full unveiling from the LEGO Group very soon. Watch this space.
For now, you can catch up on recent Winter Village Collection sets including 10267 Gingerbread House and 10275 Elf Club House at LEGO.com.

- I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
