LEGO for Adults 10291 Queer Eye – The Fab 5 Loft officially revealed

LEGO Malaysia has prematurely revealed the long-rumoured LEGO for Adults 10291 Queer Eye – The Fab 5 Loft, based on the hit Netflix reality makeover show.

Word of a LEGO version of the rebooted series first emerged in August, before the LEGO Group seemingly confirmed its existence in yesterday’s social media tease. The set has now popped up on (and since been removed from) LEGO.com Malaysia, just as 10293 Santa’s Visit was inadvertently revealed through LEGO Taiwan and Singapore last week.

While that means we don’t yet have international pricing for 10291 Queer Eye – The Fab 5 Loft, we do have plenty of official images, along with a full description of what’s in the box. Browse through the gallery below for a closer look at the 974-piece set.

You’ll find seven minifigures in the set, including the Fab Five – food and wine expert Antoni Porowski, fashion expert Tan France, culture expert Karamo Brown, design expert Bobby Berk and grooming expert Jonathan Van Ness – and two versions of Season 4 guest Kathi Dooley, pre- and post-makeover.

Expect a full reveal of 10291 Queer Eye – The Fab 5 Loft imminently, and look out for our review of the latest LEGO for Adults set – which is due to launch on October 1 – once the LEGO Group has properly pulled back the curtain.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
