LEGO Carousel of Creativity festive display has now launched in Covent Garden
Following an earlier reveal, the festive LEGO Carousel of Creativity display has now launched in Covent Garden, celebrating kids’ limitless imaginations.
Fans will be able to visit the LEGO Carousel of Creativity in Covent Garden and experience ‘a world where anything is possible’. The free installation runs from 2 December until 2 January (except Christmas Day) and features five LEGO brick-built characters including a firefighting dragon and a princess racing driver. There’s also a section dedicated to displaying LEGO creations submitted from children across the UK.
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to actually ride on the LEGO Carousel of Creativity, as it’s more of a piece of art, but it’ll still be worth a visit if you happen to be in London over the Christmas holiday.
Even if you’re unable to attend the event in person, you can still take part in all of the festive creative fun here and via the LEGO Life app. Submit a photo of your own LEGO build and you might see it displayed on the LEGO Carousel of Creativity.
In addition, the LEGO Group is encouraging everyone to build a LEGO star and share it on social media using the hashtag #BuildToGive. For every star shared via social media, the LEGO Group will donate a LEGO set to a child in need.
