LEGO Harry Potter 2022 sets prices and release dates revealed

Three more LEGO Harry Potter 2022 sets have been added to the official online store, revealing images, release dates and prices for each.

76399 Hogwarts Magical Trunk won’t be the only LEGO Harry Potter set available in 2022 as three other builds have appeared on LEGO.com following their initial reveal in a consumer catalogue. These include a pair of Hogwarts Moments brick-built books with classrooms that can fold down for easy storage as well as an expansion to Hogwarts castle that is new to the LEGO Wizarding World.

Here’s the full list of LEGO Harry Potter 2022 sets that have been recently added to LEGO.com and are launching on March 1, with their regional prices.

76396 Hogwarts Moment: Divination Class – £24.99 / $29.99 / €29.99

76397 Hogwarts Moment: Defence Class – £24.99 / $29.99 / €29.99

76398 Hogwarts Hospital Wing – £44.99 / $49.99 / €49.99

That last model in the list, 76398 Hogwarts Hospital Wing is a room that has only ever been represented in bricks once at a much smaller scale in LEGO Harry Potter and comes with an exclusive character to run the medical centre – Madam Poppy Pomfrey. The gallery of images on the official online store has also detailed the interior, which has room for three students to rest and heal, as well as a clock tower as the perfect place to test the Time-Turner.

The two Hogwarts Moment models, 76397 Hogwarts Moment: Defence Class and 76396 Hogwarts Moment: Divination Class, include new minifigures for Professor Trelawney and Mad-Eye Moody since their inclusion in the LEGO Harry Potter Collectible Minifigures Series.

Another reported upcoming Harry Potter set is rumoured to cost $470 and we’ve got a few proposals for what it could be based on, should it be true.

Caitlyn, LEGO has pushed the reboot button again for the Hogwarts castle sets so the new ones can redo some of the previously released set. In this case, the Hospital Wing is a variation of the Clock Tower, putting the spot on this particular room vs the more general approach of the previous incarnation. It’s a shame that they’re not going to release more sets for the previous castle, but at least the new ones are easy to adapt swapping the green roofs with grey ones.

The hospital wing has definitely already been represented in Lego before. It’s part of the Clocktower set. Seems strange that they’ve basically just turned the top of an already existing set into its own set.

I’m pretty sure there was a hospital wing room in 75948 HP & the Goblet of Fire Clock Tower, so it might be misleading to say it’s never been represented in bricks.
