LEGO Hidden Side summer 2020 sets revealed

Boxed images for this summer’s LEGO Hidden Side sets reveals what fans can expect next from the theme.

Newbury is not catching a break this year, as haunting looks set to continue this summer. Another wave of LEGO Hidden Side sets is on the way, potentially on June 1, with new locations set to include a prison, as castle and vehicles on the way including a submarine and fire truck.

Here are the new sets, revealed by skivs:

70434 Supernatural Race Car (244 pieces)
70435 Newbury Abandoned Prison
70436 Ghost Fire Truck 3000 (760 pieces)
70437 Castle of Mystery (1,035 pieces)

LEGO Hidden Side 70427 Welcome to the Hidden Side review

As always, each set will interact with the free app to provide an augmented reality gaming experience. A new option introduced this year allows for multiplayer gaming.

In the sets, the non-hero minifigures include their regular heads as well as their posessed heads. Special haunted elements allow the characters to be decorated as if they are being haunted.

The new LEGO NINJAGO, LEGO Jurassic World and LEGO DC Batman summer 2020 sets have also been revealed.
