LEGO 10277 Crocodile Locomotive revealed
The next authentic, detailed LEGO train set has been revealed to be 10277 Crocodile Locomotive.
10277 Crocodile Locomotive is set to be released as part of the new 18+ range of LEGO sets on July 1. The 1,271 set is the latest model for serious train enthusiasts to spend some time building and then admiring. It can also be given motion with Powered UP components.
In the USA, the set will be priced at $99.99. A UK price has not yet been announced. It comes packaged in the new black box that denotes sets targeted at adults.
Crocodile locomotives were electronic locomotives manufactured in the first half of the last century, originally in Switzerland.
As well as building the train itself, the set builds a section of track and includes two minifigures along with a display plaque.
In order to make the train run, collectors need 88009 Hub and 88013 Technic Large Motor. The set includes instructions for adding the components, then the Powered UP app is required to operate the motorised train.
