LEGO Star Wars magazine Issue 66 available now

The latest issue of the LEGO Star Wars magazine is now on shelves, and comes bundled with two free LEGO models.

Every copy of Issue 66 includes a foil-bagged 33-piece model of Obi-Wan’s Jedi Interceptor from Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. The last minifigure-scale version arrived in 2016’s 75135 Obi-Wan’s Jedi Interceptor, so it’s been a while since we’ve seen this ship in LEGO in any form.

This issue also includes a bonus gift, which will likely vary between copies, so it’s worth checking different stockists to cover all your bases. Our copy came packaged with an A-wing Starfighter.

The bonus model does bump the price up slightly, from the usual £3.99 to £5.99, but that extra model is definitely worth the difference in its pieces alone. Younger fans will also find plenty to love in the magazine’s pages, which offer the usual mix of puzzles, posters and comics.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
