High-quality images for LEGO BrickLink sets emerge online

Clear images for the LEGO sets in the BrickLink Designer Program due for release this year have appeared online.

Thanks to Stonewars, we’ve got more information and clearer images for sets associated with the BrickLink Designer Program. An alternative to LEGO Ideas submissions, the BrickLink Designer Program makes some failed Ideas projects available through the BrickLink website instead. Instead of being available for regular purchase, you can buy them through a somewhat controversial crowdfunding scheme, where the first sets to hit particular milestones would go into production.

Now, we’re gearing up for the release of the program’s third round, all due to ship in 2023. As such, better quality images of the boxes have emerged online, giving us a clearer sneak peek of what to expect from the BrickLink sets.

One key difference from previous BrickLink sets is that the original designers are now credited with their full names on the bottom left of each box, rather than just their nicknames. Otherwise, the boxes have the same black and white design of previous rounds, showcasing the colourful and detailed builds to the best degree.
