A LEGO Ideas Scania truck project has achieved 10,000 supporters

The newest LEGO Ideas project to hit the coveted 10,000 supporters is a Scania truck model.

Another LEGO Ideas project has joined the most recent round of the review stage, this time with the Scania Next Generation S730 by mpj83. The project is the second vehicle build to make it into this round of the review stage.

The project proposes a Scania Next Generation truck with working driving, steering a detailed interior. The build uses almost entirely LEGO Technic pieces with only a few standard pieces used for decoration.

Mpj83 is proposing a fair few functions in the build including pneumatic suspension on the rear axle that can be adjusted with a manual pump. The cab can also be removed for a look at the detailed engine. The builder is also currently working on a trailer to complete the vehicle.

This makes the tenth project in the current round of the LEGO Ideas review. Here are all the projects that the judges will have to choose from, potentially becoming a real LEGO set:
