Amazing LEGO Star Wars build recreates Rey’s introduction

An incredible LEGO build showing Rey scavenging in a Star Destroyer recreates the character’s first scene from Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Eli Willsea and Grant Davis put together this massive build based on Star Wars: The Force Awakens, depicting Rey as she lowers herself into the wrecked Star Destroyer on Jakku. This LEGO diorama, highlighted by Geek.com, took a little over three weeks for the fans to put together. They even made a time lapse video that shows the build coming together:

In the images of the build, the duo used smoke and judicious lighting to really recreate the movie moment. By adding those factors to the seven foot long model, an extra degree of authenticity is achieved.
