Auto Union Type C Racecar reaches 10,000 votes on LEGO Ideas

Another LEGO fans has had the joy of seeing their LEGO Ideas concept reach 10,000 votes, with Auto Union Type C Racecar garnering the necessary support.

The latest LEGO Ideas product idea to reach 10,000 votes is Auto Union Type C Racecar by redera00. The 1936 racecar is recreated at 1:8 scale model, making it 50cm long. Supercharged V16 engines powered the real car, which set records and was something of an engineering marvel.

Like other LEGO Ideas projects that have achieved the 10,000 vote milestone, the model will now be considered by the LEGO Group internally, to see whether it will be launched as an official set.

Auto Union Type C Racecar is the 15th project to reach the third 2020 review.
