Boat Repair Shop achieves 10,000 LEGO Ideas supporters

The Boat Repair Shop has achieved 10,000 supporters and is the first project to be included in the current LEGO Ideas review phase. Robert Bontenbal designed the project, having previously had success with Old Fishing store, another project in the same style. In a recent interview published on the LEGO Ideas blog, Robert gave some advice based on his success; ‘Inspiration is very important for the model and a theme that can help develop the model. It is good to put the sketches on paper, maybe use a mood board, to determine the details and color schemes.’
