BrickLink Designer Program’s LEGO Great Fishing Boat is already funded

Just over an hour after launching, rejected LEGO Ideas set 910010 The Great Fishing Boat is already funded, with 3,000 pre-orders keeping it well above water.

The set is the second one to reach the all-important marker of 3,000 pre-orders and is also already sold out in the UK, making it the second most popular overall, after the now sold out 910001 The Castle in the Forest. The other models are trailing behind right now, but 910016 Sheriff’s Safe is the closest so far, sitting over halfway to the 3,000 pre-order threshold.

Considering how quickly 910001 The Castle in the Forest sold out, 910010 The Great Fishing Boat is probably going to follow suit soon enough. If you still want to get your hands on the 1600-piece ship set, you’ll need to move fast. Orders are capped at 5,000, so the number of lucky people taking the build home is dwindling as you read this.

Remember that the 5,000 order limit is also split between specific regions. 910010 The Great Fishing Boat is already sold out in the UK, so other regions are due to start selling out soon, most likely.
