Brickman Awesome LEGO exhibition coming to Dreamworld
A LEGO Brickman exhibition is coming to the Dreamworld theme park in Australia.
Beleaguered Australian theme park Dreamword is attempting to revive ticket sales with discounts and a LEGO exhibit. After the fatalities of four deaths and an ongoing inquest, visitor numbers are down at the Queensland theme park.
From September, as well as visiting the LEGO Store at Dreamworld, guests will be able to check out the Brickman Awesome exhibit. Ryan McNaught, the LEGO Certified Professional known as The Brickman, will be sharing a selection of impressive builds that promise the “wow” factor.
Dreamworld is also to host the new Brickman Awesome exhibition as of September. “The Brickman Awesome exhibition is about all things amazing, unique, record-breaking or just plain awesome – and we can’t wait to offer our guests another experience that will transport them into a world of awe and wonder,” said Philip Hancox, Dreamworld General Manager of Marketing.
The display will include 39 models that use over 2 million bricks, including the largest model in the Southern Hemisphere, a NASA SLS rocket that is 7.5 metres tall.
