Rumours for the upcoming Star Wars: Ahsoka series suggest that the return of an actor could be evidence for a future appearance of a force ghost.
The Hollywood Reporter has stated that Hayden Christensen is rumoured to return to a galaxy far, far away in Ahsoka. The actor portrayed Anakin Skywalker, who then became Darth Vader, meaning that the darker version of the character could theoretically appear in Ahsoka – especially considering the relationship she has with Anakin being his Padawan.
However, Darth Vader will have been dead for five years at the time when the show is set. This is confirmed by the dedicated webpage for the Disney+ series, which states that Ahsoka takes place after The Mandalorian.
This may mean that Hayden’s role will instead be that of a Force Ghost for Anakin Skywalker, as he appeared in Return of the Jedi and possibly paving the way for a future minifigure based on the supernatural Star Wars apparitions.
None of the information has been confirmed by Disney and currently, all that is known about Ahsoka can be found in our initial report. Take anything you read that is unconfirmed with caution just in case. You can get your very own Ahsoka minifigure ahead of the series now in 75310 Duel on Mandalore or 75283 Armored Assault Tank (AAT).
