LEGO movie posters based on those from upcoming films have been common for years, but there’s never been one quite like that which has just been shared online. The upcoming Superman movie has no tie-in sets at the time of writing, and with little time remaining until the film’s release on July 11, it seems unlikely that any will be revealed at the last minute.

Die neuestes Update to Fortnite has added an outfit and corresponding LEGO Style based specifically on the new film, explaining why a new poster recreation makes sense, despite a lack of physical sets. There is 76302 Superman Mech gegen Lex Luthor on shelves, but the minifigure used in the poster recreation has the hair piece from the LEGO Style, rather than the mech model.
The pose is also different to that of the actual poster, hiding the front of the character entirely, but the colour scheme makes the connection undeniable. This might be some kind of teaser, but it’s worth noting that a LEGO Style for the movie was released within Fortnite today, and it’s likely tied to the new outfit as part of the Battle Pass.
It’s unusual to see a LEGO movie poster tribute when there are no physical sets or minifigures, but those wanting a LEGO version of the new Superman movie can find the LEGO Style as part of the new Battle Pass now for use within Fortnite and LEGO Fortnite.
