Don’t forget to enter LEGO Ideas’ latest Dungeons & Dragons challenge

Time is running out to submit a custom instructions cover for a chance at winning the LEGO Ideas Dungeons & Dragons set.

The newest LEGO Ideas challenge is giving you the chance to have your art featured on the cover of the instructions for the first Dungeons & Dragons models. However, there’s only one week left to enter the competition.

At the time of writing, there are 30 entries for the challenge, compared to the 626 submissions in the original contest for the design of the set. The request for custom artwork instead of models may be the reason for the fewer entries.

There will be one grand prize winner in this challenge who will see their design printed on the cover of the instructions, as well as five copies of the set. However, everyone who makes it into the fan vote phase will receive the model too.

The LEGO Ideas Dungeons & Dragons set, based on Dragon’s Keep: Journey’s End, looks to be the most fan-designed model in the theme so far with both a fan-inspired model and instructions cover.

The submission phase of the challenge ends on May 2, 2023. Then, the event moves to an expert review followed by a fan vote on May 9 before the winner announcement in July.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
