Get double VIP points on three unreleased LEGO Star Wars sets

The latest LEGO double VIP points promo is valid on pre-orders, so you can secure bonus points on three brand new Star Wars sets before they’ve even hit shelves.

While the next double VIP points event in the US will take place from March 12 to 14 – more than a week after the March sets have launched – the current UK and Europe event ends on February 28. That’s just a little too early for most of the new sets launching in March, but at least two of them are already up for pre-order – along with a third that won’t arrive until June.

At the time of writing, pre-orders are still available on 75327 Luke Skywalker (Red Five) Helmet and 75328 The Mandalorian Helmet, arguably the two best new additions to the LEGO Star Wars Helmet Collection in 2022. And the good news is that pre-ordering a set still counts towards double VIP points, effectively offering a tempting 10% discount on those builds before they’ve even launched.

At £54.99 / €59.99 a pop, pre-ordering both will net you £11 / €12 back in VIP points to spend on future sets (maybe 75343 Dark Trooper Helmet come March proper, for instance). Alternatively, just pick your fave – our money’s on Luke’s, which is the theme’s first open-faced helmet – for what’s still a great early discount. You’ll also qualify for free delivery with just a single helmet.

Beyond those two sets, you can also still pre-order 75325 The Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter, the first LEGO set from Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett. (75326 Boba Fett’s Throne Room is technically a Mandalorian set – ironic, we know.) That 412-piece ship won’t launch until June 1, but double VIP points should help to take the sting out of its high price tag.

If you’re looking for sets to bag double VIP points on that will ship immediately, check out our recommendations for both new releases and retiring products. The current double VIP points promo will run in the UK and Europe until February 28.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
