Every LEGO Harry Potter set retiring in 2023 and beyond – January update

Over a dozen LEGO Harry Potter sets are scheduled for retirement at the end of 2023, including a collection that will only be out for nine months.

Don’t wait on the LEGO Harry Potter banner sets when they launch on March 1, 2023, as according to Brick Fanatics’ sources, they’re only sticking around for nine months, retiring at the end of 2023. The four upcoming models are only a few of the many Wizarding World recreations retiring before 2024 and there’s more leaving production beyond that too.

Also retiring at the end of the year moved from December 2024 is 76406 Hungarian Horntail Dragon. The LEGO Harry Potter set recreates the iconic beast with detail never seen before and comes with a built-in display stand. The very first Ministry of Magic recreation, 76403 The Ministry of Magic is also up for retirement in case you want to pick up one or more to rearrange the modular parts.

Beyond 2023, 2024 looks to be a potentially expensive year with many of the larger LEGO Harry Potter models retiring, including 71043 Hogwarts Castle and 75978 Diagon Alley. As stated with 76406 Hungarian Horntail Dragon are subject to change and they frequently move between years.
