Get in the Christmas spirit with this great photo of LEGO Winter Village 10275 Elf Club House

LEGO designer Chris McVeigh has shared an awesome image of his first Winter Village set, 10275 Elf Club House.

This year’s addition to the annual theme launched at the beginning of October. But if you’re having trouble feeling the Christmas spirit given everything going on at the moment, the fan-turned-designer has the solution.

After all, you can’t look at this photo and not feel even a little bit Christmassy. The snow! The elves! The tree! The colourful lights! It’s all there. And for a moment, you almost forget that we’re in the middle of a pandemic. (Almost.)

Of course, animal fans might not need much motivation to pick up 10275 Elf Club House, given it includes the first ever moulded LEGO reindeer. But if you’re still on the fence, check out our in-depth review of the seasonal set. We found it to be a “delightful set that evokes that festive feeling both during the build and once it is complete.”

Chris McVeigh also offered a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the model in a recent designer video. Simply put, it’s a great companion piece for the first fantastical release, 10245 Santa’s Workshop, along with last year’s 10267 Gingerbread House.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
