Give LEGO your feedback on the VIP program in online survey

The LEGO Group is calling on VIP members to give feedback on its loyalty program, including the exclusivity of its rewards – and how long they should be available for.

The very specific wording of that particular question suggests the survey – which is available in the VIP Rewards Centre – has been triggered by the rollout of the NASA Ulysses Space Probe, which was snapped up within seconds and is now fetching eye-watering sums on the secondary market.

It’s a fairly involved survey, with a total of 21 questions – some multiple choice, some asking for written answers. That means there’s plenty of room to vent any frustrations you might have with the way the VIP program operates at the moment (or, in the interest of balance, voice your appreciation for the current system).

The questionnaire also covers how easy you find the program to use, which benefits and rewards you value most, and even asks for suggestions for future VIP rewards. You can take the survey by logging into the VIP Rewards Centre, where you’ll be presented with a bright orange ‘earn’ button in the rewards tab (although you won’t actually earn any points for filling it out).

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
