Help build longest LEGO Chinese dragon in Manchester

To celebrate the Lunar New Year, LEGO fans can help to build the longest ever Chinese dragon this Friday in Manchester.

The Trafford Centre in Manchester will be celebrating the Lunar New Year on Friday, February 16, with a variety of activities for shoppers. The LEGOLAND Discovery Centre will be hosting a build challenge, asking fans to help build the largest ever LEGO Chinese dragon. Other events will include the chance to win prizes for guests who find red envelopes hidden around the Trafford Centre.

Additionally, the LEGO Store and shop.LEGO.com will give away 40235 Year of the Dog with purchases of £80 or more.

For those further south, the LEGO Store Leicester Square will also have a special mini build event taking place on February 16 from 16.00 until 17.00 and February 18 from 11.30 until 12.30. Any £20 gift card purchased for the rest of February will get an exclusive red envelope free, at that store specifically.
