Hocus Pocus 3 confirmed as LEGO Ideas set approaches

A LEGO Ideas Hocus Pocus set is coming and now, a third film has been revealed to be on the way to the LEGO Group’s luck.

Hocus Pocus was released in 1993 with a sequel in 2022. A LEGO Ideas set based on the film and inspired by a project from Amber Veyt, known as TheAmbrinator on the platform, was announced months before the sequel but has yet to see its final design revealed.

Now, in a New York Times article profiling Sean Bailey, president of Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture Production, a third outing for the Sanderson sisters has been confirmed to be in the works, as stated by Bailey.

With almost a year since Hocus Pocus was released with no sign of the LEGO set, it’s a spot of good luck for the LEGO Group as the upcoming Ideas model will become a bit more relevant than it otherwise would have.

At the time of writing, nothing has been confirmed for the upcoming LEGO Ideas Hocus Pocus set, including piece count, price, release date and more.

Details for Hocus Pocus 3 are also unknown at this time, but as long as the LEGO Ideas can be on shelves near its release, it should be a net positive for the build.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
