How to build a simple LEGO cable car

A LEGO fan has shared a fun way to build a working LEGO cable car, that does not require a great deal of talent.

While it may not be the most aesthetically pleasing build, parent Warren Nash has put together a fun LEGO cable car using 300 bricks. The Nottingham Post shares the working model that is based on a cable car at Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa.

To demonstrate the build, Warren had the base be his garden lawn and the garden table be the summit for it to reach. He has provided a tutorial video to show other families – and LEGO fans – how to put the build together.

“It is something I made with my dad Trevor when I was a kid and I’ve developed it into what it is now – it’s a lot bigger,” he told the local newspaper. “You can make it as big or small as you want and you can build it around obstacles. You can make it move by hand or with a motor to make it even more fun.”

Warren’s regular YouTube series is based around food, but with a four week old baby has started to branch out – although will have to wait a while before he can get his child involved in any LEGO builds.
