Largest ever LEGO wind turbine arrives in Brighton

The largest every LEGO wind turbine, as ratified by the Guinness World Record adjudicators, is going to be on display in Brighton.

In May, the LEGO Group commissioned a giant LEGO wind turbine to celebrate the company meeting the target of using entirely sustainable energy sources several years early. The sculpture is the largest ever wind turbine built from LEGO bricks, taking the talent of three LEGO Certified Professionals (LCPs) –Duncan Titmarsh, Georg Schmitt and Balázs Dóczy – to put it together.

The Argus reports that the model, originally unveiled in Liverpool, will now be erected in Brighton. The public can check out the 46,000 brick wind turbine at Park Square, Brighton Marina.
