Official images of the new promotional LEGO set, 5005358 Minifigure Factory, have been shared online.
To celebrate 40 years of the LEGO minifigure, [geot exclude_country=”United States”]shop.LEGO.com[/geot][geot country=”United States”]shop.LEGO.com[/geot] will offer 5005358 Minifigure Factory free with orders that meet a certain price threshold. The set will be available to US customers first on April 1, before being available worldwide from April 2. Fans will need to spend [geot exclude_country=”United States”]£55[/geot][geot country=”United States”]£60[/geot] to qualify for the freebie.
These images have been shared by Brickset, and reveal lots of fun details contained within the set. The minifigure is a LEGO employee, putting together minifigures… it’s very post modern. Each of the five microfigures, that stand in for minifigures at this scale, represents a classic theme – Town, Pirates, Space and NINJAGO. Castle fans should start the letter writing campaign now.
Only 86 pieces make up the set, with the cardboard box serving as part of the scene.
