LEGO and DC may have another wave of sets this summer

LEGO DC looks to have more sets releasing for the superhero franchise this summer, according to a new list of set names found online.

Spanish retailer Libreriatilos has listed a wide variety of the LEGO Group’s supposed summer offerings across a few themes. LEGO DC appears to be part of that list, as YouTuber Ashnflash is reporting.

Ashnflash spoke about the news in a new video, listing the two potential sets that DC fans might be getting their hands on this summer. Of course, these are only rumours and should be taken with a grain of salt until an official announcement is made.

First up is 76239 – there is no piece count for this set and no other revealing details, but on the retailer site it does list the set under the ‘WARNER BROS’ collection.

Next in the list is 76240, also with no listed piece count. However, there is one other interesting detail on the product page, where the age rating is 18+, indicating that this might be another model targeted towards an older audience, continuing the LEGO Group’s effort to appeal to adult fans.

There is no information on which DC superhero these potential sets may be themed around, and the list of sets should be treated as all rumours are, until the LEGO Group officially announces what is actually coming this summer.
