LEGO backgrounds for virtual meetings

The LEGO Group has released a selection of virtual backgrounds for fans to download and use in their video calls.

With so many people working from home, fun backgrounds for video calls have become more commonplace as people seek to add some fun to their home working and family meet-ups. To get in on the action, a selection of LEGO backgrounds have been shared as part of the ‘Let’s build together’ campaign.

This LEGO website has nine different backgrounds available to download, which can then be used to spruce up a video meeting. They cover sets including 21322 Pirates of Barracudas Bay, 21320 Dinosaur Fossils and 70841 Benny’s Space Squad.

Each file is provided in jpeg format, so as well as being useful for video calls they could be suitable simply as desktop backgrounds.

With social distancing measures likely to continue for the foreseeable future, those working from home will be looking for as many different wasys as possible to spice up those video calls.

LEGO House, the attraction in Billund, Denmark, is set to remain closed. To bring a little of the venue’s magic to fans, the team there is sharing content on social media, including interviews with AFOLs who currently have their models on display in the Masterpiece Gallery.
