LEGO bag to feature classic logos

A new LEGO bag is set to be available in Japan, with classic logos from over the years pulling on the nostalgia strings.

The LEGO Group’s Twitter account in Japan has revealed a new product, a clear reusable bag featuring classic logos from the company’s past. The translated tweet reads:

Let’s play in summer! Lego Summer Happy Bag. We sell the assorted set in a clear summer tote featuring the LEGO logo, which has evolved from 1934 when the company was founded to the present day! Clear tote is a great choice for going out and storing!

It is likely to be part of some kind of promotion at LEGO.com and LEGO Stores.

In the UK and rest of Europe, a promotion is running at LEGO.com offering double VIP points – the equivalent of 10% LEGO cashback instead of the usual 5%. Given that the LEGO VIP scheme is free to join, it’s well worth signing up to.

There have been a lot of nice sets released this year that are more appealing with the addition of double VIP points, including 10277 Crocodile Locomotive, 43179 Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse Buildable Characters, 10271 Fiat 500, 21322 Pirates of Barracuda Bay and 10273 Haunted House.
