The ultimate version of the Batmobile is based on the 1989 Tim Burton Batman film, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. In addition to commemorating the 30th anniversary of the beloved movie, the set acknowledges the DC Comics celebration of the Dark Knight’s 80th anniversary. Three exclusive minifigures are included with the set – Batman, The Joker and Vicki Vale.

The cockpit slides open and pop-up machine guns provide some functionality in the new model, which can rotate on its display stand. A buildable display stand can be used to display the minifigures alongside the model.
