LEGO Christmas Carnival comes to Mumbai, India

The biggest ever LEGO event in India is taking place at Seawoods Grand Central Mall in Navi Mumbai to celebrate Christmas.

As the LEGO Group contains to focus on fast growing markets such as India, the company is running the Christmas Carnival in association with Nexus Malls for 25 days. The event will be packed with building and interactive activities designed to engage both parents and children.

The event will see the tallest Christmas tree and longest LEGO train built from LEGO elements. Broader activity at Seawoods Grand Central Mall in Navi Mumbai will offer shoppers the chance to win prizes as they do their Christmas gift buying.

“We are delighted to launch this one of a kind event in India. We are also bringing in a prodigious opportunity where children can hop on to a static train setup and experience a 360 degree panoramic view of the train running through the created landscape using VR glasses.”

The event is centres around train building sessions, where groups of children build coaches, which are added to the growing train. The Christmas Carnival also includes will also a multi-sensory digital experience enabling parents and children reminisce about their own train memories.
