LEGO City summer 2018 sets announced
The LEGO City sets that will be released this summer have been announced at the International Toy Fair.
Fans of the LEGO City theme now know the sets that they will be looking forward to seeing on shelves this summer, with an Arctic subtheme making up a good chunk of the range. At the International Toy Fair, currently taking place in Nuremberg, Germany, press have had the opportunity to report on the new sets – although photography was not permitted.
Zuusammengebaut has reported the new sets that are due for release on August 1:
- 60202 Outdoor Adventure – €39.99
- 60204 Hospital – €79.99
- 60193 Research Airplane – €29,99
- 60194 Exploration Truck – €49,99
- 60195 Mobile Research Station – €99,99
60202 is reportedly a set of minifigures, including an eagle accessory and a new baby carrier. 60204 Hospital has a white and red colour scheme, with Zuusammengebaut noting that two of the sets combined would make for an impressive model.
60193 – 60195 are part of the Arctic subtheme, that will see explorer minifigures exacavating prehistoric creatures from the ice. New, moulded creatures such as the sabre tooth tiger and woolly mammoth will be part of the subtheme.
