LEGO Creator Expert 10271 Fiat 500 officially announced

A new LEGO Creator Expert set has been announced for release tomorrow – 10271 Fiat 500.

LEGO Creator Expert 10271 Fiat 500 has been officially revealed as the next car in the long-running series. The 960 piece set will be released tomorrow, March 1, exclusively at LEGO.com. It will be priced at £74.99 in the UK and $89.99 in the USA.

The set hails from the 1960s, based on the Fiat 500F Legend. The model features a detailed interior and functioning sun roof, opening trunk with spare tyre, luggage rack and opening hood with engine. A folding easel and colour palette are also included with a nod to Fiat’s home country, Italy.

This LEGO Creator Expert Fiat 500 model car (10271) recreates a true icon of classic automotive design. Teenagers and adult fans will enjoy the challenging building experience offered by this model kit based on the Fiat 500F legend from the late ‘60s, and will appreciate all the authentic LEGO brick details, such as the luggage rack with suitcase, detailed interior, and opening roof, doors, hood and tailgate. To complete the Italian theme, this classic model car also includes a folding easel with a paintbrush, palette and small ‘painting’ of the car in front of the famous Colosseum in Rome.
