LEGO DC Super Heroes Batman summer 2019 sets available now in the USA

Batman has turned 80 this year, and a whole wave of new LEGO sets has been released to celebrate DC’s darkest son.

On a day packed with new LEGO released, the LEGO Group has unveiled six new LEGO Batman sets for fans in the USA. They take inspiration from a variety of source material, with 76119 Batmobile: Pursuit of The Joker clearly based on Tim Burton’s 1989 Batman movie.

Here are the six new sets that are available now:

76118 Mr. Freeze Batcycle Battle
76119 Batmobile: Pursuit of The Joker
76120 Batwing and The Riddler
76122 Batcave Clayface Invasion
76137 Batman vs. The Riddler Robbery
76138 Batman and The Joker Escape

A variety of villains from the Batman Rogues Gallery are included throughout the wave, which follows the theme’s tradition of including a larger vehicle or location and a smaller vehicle on the opposing side, giving fans the opportunity to recreate the epic duels that Batman has to fight in his ongoing misison to protect Gotham City.

Today has also seen the release of LEGO Ideas 21318 Treehouse and LEGO Creator Expert 10269 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy.
