LEGO Harry Potter 71043 Hogwarts Castle returns to LEGO.com

Grab your wand and get ready to cast ‘Accio’ on LEGO Harry Potter 71043 Hogwarts Castle, which is now back and available to buy at LEGO.com.

Okay, so there are a few more steps involved than just magicking the set to your front door, like adding it to your bag and handing over your card details. But once the pesky formalities are out of the way, you’ll be able to build yourself a stunningly huge and hugely stunning rendition of the wizarding school.

There’s a reason 71043 Hogwarts Castle occupies a perpetual position in Brick Fanatics’ Top 20 LEGO Sets, after all: this 6,020-piece model is as brilliant a tribute to the boy wizard as you could ever hope for in bricks, and should be at the very top of Potterheads’ wish lists.

It’s also been around for a fair while by usual LEGO standards, having first launched in September 2018, which means it could soon be heading for the great LEGO retirement home in the sky. Given its consistent popularity, though – it’s constantly selling out online, prompting stock updates like this one – we have a feeling the LEGO Group won’t be acting too hastily.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
