LEGO Harry Potter 71043 Hogwarts Castle sells out again at LEGO.com

‘Blink and you’ll miss it’ is the story of our times at LEGO.com, as yet another enormous set – 71043 Hogwarts Castle – has once again sold out.

The LEGO Group’s online inventory is struggling in the run-up to Christmas, a situation certainly not helped by the one-two punch of VIP Weekend and Black Friday/Cyber Monday. (We’re sure the company’s accountants aren’t complaining.)

That means flagship sets like 75192 Millennium Falcon, 76139 1989 Batmobile and 71043 Hogwarts Castle are perpetually flitting in and out of stock. Today, it’s the turn of the latter to once again leave Brick Fanatics’ Top 20 LEGO Sets List, which tracks the best LEGO sets currently available. 71043 Hogwarts Castle is no longer available, so it’s unfortunately no longer on the list.

We’ll keep track of the massive, 6,020-piece Wizarding World set to see when it comes back in stock. And when it does, we’ll re-add it to our Top 20. If you want personalised updates on the status of that or any other set, though, simply sign up to our stock alerts. We’ll then send you an email when it’s available to buy, so you can sit back, relax, and let us take the stress out of this year’s Christmas shopping.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
