LEGO Ideas announces new community activity for April Fools

A new LEGO Ideas activity has been announced today, with the community being encouraged to come up with their funniest April Fools builds.

The LEGO Ideas team is once again encouraging fans to get busy building with an all-new activity based around April Fools. The latest activity runs from today until March 29, 2022 and LEGO Ideas is looking for creators to come up with the most hilarious and laugh-out-loud submissions that they can think up.

To participate, builders are being encouraged to submit their funniest LEGO vignettes or minifigure scenes to show off to the rest of the community. Unfortunately, there are no actual LEGO prizes to be won this time around, so the activity is really more to showcase your creative abilities and building ideas to others.

All submissions for the April Fools activity need to be based on original ideas but can use LEGO pieces from any sets. Creators will need to take a full HD quality photograph of their completed idea or use Bricklink Studio to make a digital version of their entry before sending it in.

The April Fools activity is the latest LEGO Ideas event, following on from the recent LEGO Star Wars brickfilm and Afrofuturism competitions.
