LEGO Ideas Black Friday discounts
This year’s LEGO Ideas line-up includes 21338 A-Frame Cabin, 21339 BTS Dynamite, 21340 Tales of the Space Age, 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage, 21342 The Insect Collection and 21343 Viking Village. Not all of those are guaranteed to see discounts across Black Friday – especially the latter two, which are only just landing on shelves – but we should see deals on at least a few.
More likely too are LEGO Black Friday deals on older and especially retiring LEGO Ideas sets, and the level of quality across this theme will hopefully be matched by equally strong discounts.
LEGO BTS Black Friday deals
21339 BTS Dynamite bowed in February 2023, recreating one of the most iconic music videos of the 21st century in bricks. Discounts on the LEGO Ideas set have been remarkably few and far between since – presumably the BTS Army is snapping it up at full price – but Black Friday could be the moment we start to see offers on the 749-piece model, which usually retails for £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99.
LEGO Ideas Hocus Pocus Black Friday deals
This summer saw Disney’s cult classic Hocus Pocus join the LEGO Ideas line-up in 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage, and it’s a set with wider appeal than you might first think. Strip away the minifigures and specific nods to the movie, and you’re left with a medieval cottage that could slot right in alongside 21325 Medieval Blacksmith.
The model will only have been on shelves for a few months come Black Friday 2023, but that’s roughly the point at which we usually start to see discounts on LEGO Ideas sets.
LEGO Ideas Blacksmith Black Friday deals
21325 Medieval Blacksmith is one of three LEGO Ideas sets retiring in 2023, so Black Friday may be your last chance to scoop it up before it’s gone for good. A discount at the same time would be the cherry on top, and given we’ve seen plenty of discounts on this set in the past, it feels like a safe bet for Black Friday 2023.
LEGO Ideas Home Alone Black Friday deals
A rare festive highlight from LEGO Ideas, 21330 Home Alone has seen discounts over the past couple of years and may see more offers for Black Friday 2023. This LEGO Ideas set is the only model to recreate the classic film in bricks with minifigures of the cast and seasonal decorations that make it perfect for a Christmas gift, or a part of your holiday display too.
LEGO Ideas retiring sets Black Friday discounts
Just three LEGO Ideas sets are due to leave shelves in 2023, including a fan favourite in 21325 Medieval Blacksmith. Alongside that castle-themed set, we’re also saying goodbye to 21326 Winnie the Pooh and last year’s much-maligned 21337 Table Football. Expect the deepest discounts on the latter, especially given it’s already seen heavy reductions at LEGO.com since launching in November 2022.
Every retiring LEGO Ideas set will be ripe for offers, discounts and deals across Black Friday 2023, and 21325 Medieval Blacksmith is undoubtedly the one to look out for.
Will LEGO Ideas sets be included in Black Friday deals?
Most likely, yes – the LEGO Group has held its own Black Friday shopping event for several years now and retailers will often feature exciting discounts on LEGO sets. The best deals are typically found over the entire weekend following Black Friday, up to and including Cyber Monday.
When is Black Friday 2023?
Black Friday lands on November 24 in 2022, which means the LEGO Group’s Black Friday event will likely take place from November 24 to 27. That includes Cyber Monday, which falls on November 27 this year, and may even have its own exclusive LEGO deals, separate to Black Friday.
What time do LEGO deals start on Black Friday?
The LEGO Group’s Black Friday deals typically go live at midnight local time, so keep an eye on LEGO.com from 00.01 on November 24 to see what’s on offer in 2023. Third-party retailers will often set their deals live from as early as the beginning of November or even the end of October, so keep your eyes peeled…
