LEGO Ideas designers challenge Voltron showrunners at San Diego Comic Con

The Voltron: Legendary Defender showrunners checked out the new LEGO Ideas release at San Diego Comic Con.

As San Diego Comic Con took place in the days leading up to the release of [geot exclude_country=”United States”]LEGO Ideas 21311 Voltron[/geot][geot country=”United States”]LEGO Ideas 21311 Voltron[/geot], there was plenty of activity going on to celebrate the latest fan inspired product launch.

In this video, shared by the LEGO Group, Executive Producers of Voltron: Legendary Defender, Lauren Montgomery and Joaquin Dos Santos, check out the new set with LEGO Ideas Creative Lead Samuel Johnson and LEGO Designer Niek van Slagmaat. Voltron: Legendary Defender is the current TV series that airs on Netflix.

Halfway through the video, the creative bunch are challenged to speed build a mini version of Voltron, designed by Samuel Johnson. Check back later today for instructions on how to build the model for yourself.
