LEGO Ideas seeks festive Activity builds

A new Christmas-inspired Activity has been announced by LEGO Ideas. To celebrate the arrival of advent a ‘Holiday ‘Advent’ure!’ Activity is launching on December 1.

LEGO Ideas Activities are small, quick challenges, that invite builders to get creative and design something around a specific theme.

This latest Activity tasks LEGO fans with building something that is either advent themed, or small enough to fit inside an advent calendar. The recommended maximum number of LEGO elements to use is 20.

An advent-themed build could perhaps be something traditional like a candle or a wreath. For something small enough to fit in an advent calendar the possibilities are truly limitless.

As with previous Activities, LEGO Ideas advises builders to stick to generic LEGO elements. The use of elements specific to licensed sets may prevent LEGO Ideas from being able to share submissions on the site. If you want to get involved you can share your creation on the dedicated webpage. This Activity will be active until December 22nd, 2020 at 10am.

The last LEGO Ideas Activity asked builders to create something inspired by celebrations around the world. It challenged builders to recreate what, how and when they celebrate. Featured entries can be seen over on the LEGO Ideas site here.

Although there is no prize on offer for this Activity, it is still an excellent way to get building and show off your creativity.
